As I wander down the path of my art journey it occurs to me that even in the process of creating wacky (and hopefully wonderful art),  I can weave into it,  little tiny solutions  for  saving the earth.  The art I enjoy creating is called “Altered Art”, and what that is essentially, is taking one thing and changing it into something else. For example,  I take old broken alarm clocks,  remove their worn-out innards (which also get recycled) , and replace them with a colorful collage…so in the end instead of a broken alarm clock in the landfill, there exists a cool piece of art. Kermit was wrong – it is easy being green!
